Legal information
Terms of use
These terms govern access to and use of the Triple20 mobile application and this website.
1. Purpose and acceptance
Triple20 is a tool for entering scores, managing games and tracking darts statistics. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
2. Access to the service
Some features can be used without an account or internet connection. Certain features, including backup and sync, require an account and a connection. You are responsible for your device’s compatibility, updates and security.
If you have not reached the legal age required in your country to accept these terms, permission from a parent or legal guardian is required.
3. Account and security
When you create an account, you must provide accurate information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except fraudulent use that is not your fault. Promptly report any unauthorised access through support@triple20.app.
4. Permitted use
You agree not to:
- use Triple20 for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- disrupt the service, bypass its safeguards or attempt to access data that does not belong to you;
- extract, copy or redistribute the app beyond what the law permits;
- submit content that infringes another party’s rights.
5. Game data and backups
You remain responsible for the names, photos, scores and other content you enter. Because the app operates locally, uninstalling it or erasing its data may remove this content unless you have enabled and completed a sync. It is your responsibility to check that the expected backup has completed.
6. Possible purchases and subscriptions
Triple20 may offer paid features or a subscription. The price, duration, renewal terms and included features will be shown before purchase. Payment and renewal management are handled by the App Store or Google Play and are subject to the relevant store’s terms.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its visual identity, code, text, interfaces and graphic elements are protected by applicable laws. Access to the service grants you only a personal, limited, non-exclusive and revocable right of use. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee continuous availability or a complete absence of errors. Triple20 may be changed, updated, suspended or discontinued, particularly for maintenance, security or technical development. Experimental features may change or disappear.
9. Limitation of liability
Triple20 is a scoring aid. Scores, checkout suggestions and statistics should be checked by players when used in a competition or any context where accuracy is critical. To the extent permitted by law, Triple20 will not be liable for indirect damage, loss of data or harm resulting from use of the service that does not comply with these terms.
10. Suspension and deletion
You may stop using the app at any time and, if you have an account, request its deletion from the app. An account may be suspended or deleted in cases of fraud, security breaches or serious violations of these terms, subject to rights provided by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. If a problem arises, please contact us first so we can seek an amicable solution. The competent courts will be determined under applicable legal rules.
12. Changes and contact
These terms may be adapted to reflect changes to Triple20 or the legal framework. The version published on this website is the current version. For any questions, use support@triple20.app.
